The development proposal at Riverway in Stafford comprises 80 new build high quality residential apartments (26 two bedroom and 54 one bedroom units).
The scheme has been designed for the rented ‘affordable’ housing market with a proportion to be made available for intermediate tenure of shared ownership, and will be managed and maintained long term by a residential social landlord.
The brief for the scheme was set by the applicant and developer, Panacea Property Development in conjunction with Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) who will become the owner and operator of the completed development.
This development proposal has been designed to enhance the relationship of the site to the junction onto which it faces and to also link with the previous phases of development that have taken place directly adjacent to the site.
