The Silk Street Manchester project reimagines affordable housing with a focus on sustainability, community, and a connection to the city’s rich industrial heritage. By transforming a brownfield site overlooking the Rochdale Canal, we are building more than just homes; we are weaving a tapestry of green living, social connection, and economic opportunity.

Wren House is an 80-home affordable extra care development providing one and two-bedroom apartments for people aged 55 and over.

The scheme promotes independent living through high-quality, accessible homes supported by integrated care and wellbeing services.

Located on a prominent site close to Stafford town centre, the development provides residents with easy access to local amenities, healthcare, leisure facilities and public transport, encouraging active and connected lifestyles.

The design prioritises accessibility, adaptability and community. Step-free homes are complemented by welcoming communal spaces and landscaped areas that encourage social interaction while supporting residents' changing needs over time.
