The Silk Street Manchester project reimagines affordable housing with a focus on sustainability, community, and a connection to the city’s rich industrial heritage. By transforming a brownfield site overlooking the Rochdale Canal, we are building more than just homes; we are weaving a tapestry of green living, social connection, and economic opportunity.

Winnington Business Park was designed as flexible and contemporary commercial environment that responds to the evolving needs of modern businesses in Northwich.

The scheme delivers 51 industrial units ranging from small start‑up workshops to larger warehouse spaces, all supported by integrated office accommodation to create a complete and practical place to work.

A legible site layout supports smooth circulation and servicing, while high eaves and flexible unit configurations allow the spaces to accommodate a wide range of industrial and trade uses.

Sustainability was a key driver throughout the project. Measures such as rainwater harvesting, EV charging infrastructure, and energy‑conscious design strategies have been integrated to improve long‑term performance and resilience.

Through a thoughtful, design‑led approach, Winnington Business Park demonstrates how high‑quality industrial architecture can be functional, adaptable, and contribute positively to its wider context.
